The budget utilization of government agencies fell in the first seven months of the year, data from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) showed on Thursday.
Agencies used P1.08 trillion of the P1.37 trillion released under the Notice of Cash Allocation (NCA) from January to July. This translates to a utilization ratio of 73 percent, lower than the previous year’s 93 percent.
