Wall Street’s rally and the acceleration in business activities pushed the stock market to break into the 6,000 territory on Thursday.
The benchmark Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) gained 1.71 percent or 102.78 points to close at its intraday high of 6,097.78 while the wider All Shares climbed 1.12 percent or 39.76 points to finish at 3,591.74.
