TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan: Isabela State University (ISU) will not allow face-to-face classes this academic year because of the coronavirus pandemic.
ISU President Ricmar Aquino said they came up with a localized platform, the Self-Directed Learning Management and Support System.
