The Rotary Club of ManPaSan launches its “Libro Para sa Distrito” Literacy Project for the benefit of underprivileged children from Mandaluyong, Pasig, San Juan, Rizal, Marikina, Valenzuela, Caloocan, Malabon and Navotas.
The “Libro Para sa Distrito” Literacy Project wants to promote literacy and encourage learning despite the pandemic.
