The Philippines’ Official Development Assistance (ODA) portfolio amounted to $21.62 billion last year, with Japan accounting for almost 40 percent of the total, the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) said on Monday.
NEDA in its recently released ODA Portfolio Review 2019 report said last year’s portfolio consisted of 84 loans worth $19.98 billion and 268 grants worth $1.64 billion.
