The De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde School of Deaf Education and Applied Studies opens an online learning program on the fundamentals of Filipino sign language
Facilitated by Deaf native speakers, the program is designed to equip participants with the basic competency for sign language communication. It hopes to spread awareness and greater understanding of the Deaf community’s unique language and culture.
