A real estate group has sought the passage of bills that would make housing loans accessible to more Filipinos.
The Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations Inc. (Creba) backed two bills pending at the House of Representatives that seek to amend the Comprehensive and Integrated Shelter Act Financing Act of 1994 to establish a unified housing and urban development fund.
