LT. Gen. Guillermo Eleazar on Friday announced the creation of a Facebook account for the Joint Task Force COVID Shield to receive reports of violations of quarantine protocols.
Eleazar, commander of the JTF COVID Shield, said the move was to empower the people not only to help the government in the enforcement of the quarantine rules but also in protecting themselves from people who break them.
