The Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) said the full interoperability of cashless transactions in tollways across Luzon may happen next year, an executive said.
TRB Executive Director Abraham Sales said during a virtual presser on Friday they were hopeful they could implement phase one and two of the initiative by 2021.
