SOME companies, including those led by top businessmen Manuel Pangilinan and Dennis Uy, have submitted proposals to explore oil and gas resources in the country, according to the Department of Energy (DoE).
The DoE is offering predetermined areas for possible exploration, assuring companies that these are not disputed and fall within the country’s exclusion zone.
