PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte gave newly installed Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) Chief Dante Gierran until December to fix the embattled agency.
In a televised briefing, Presidential spokesman Harry Roque said the President was considering abolishing PhilHealth if Gierran fails.
