A London-based research consultancy firm unit has raised its outlook for the peso-dollar exchange rate this year on the back of the continued improvement in the country’s external position.
In a report over the weekend, Capital Economics sees the local currency end the year at P47:$1 this year from its previous projection of P48.4:$1.
