Lopez Holdings Corp. (LPZ) listed Lopez Inc. (LI) as direct holder of 2,473,025,550 common shares or 54.444 percent of 4,542,298,911 outstanding common shares, according to the company’s public ownership report (POR). This makes the Lopezes, through unlisted LI, the majority stockholder of publicly traded LPZ.

The POR attributed to LPZ’s public stockholders their ownership of 1,967,620,393 LPZ common shares or 43.318 percent of outstanding. This means each of LPZ’s public stockholder owned as 281,088,627 as of June 30, 2020. The number of LPZ common shares could have elected at least three directors to the board.
