For the first time since he assumed his post, President Rodrigo Duterte will address the United Nations (UN) which he repeatedly slammed in the past for alleged interference in his administration’s war on drugs, Malacañang said.
Presidential Assistant on Foreign Affairs and Chief of Presidential Protocol Robert Borje said the President will speak before the 75th UN General Assembly on September 22.
