Re: Mr. Yen Makabenta’s “Western scientists cite downsides of Covid-19 vaccines from Russia and China” (The Manila Times, Sept. 10, 2020).

IF you take a look at the media these days, the topic that has everyone’s attention is the Covid-19 vaccine. Everybody is waiting for it to finally make its way to the Philippines. I heard that some people are betting on which vaccine.
