The Bureau of Customs (BoC) said it continues to step up its campaign against rice smuggling even in the middle of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic.
In a statement on Tuesday, the Department of Finance said that Customs Commissioner Rey Leonardo Guerrero gave this assurance to Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez 3rd during a recent meeting.
