FORMER Foreign Affairs secretary Albert del Rosario said after invoking the Arbitral Award before the United Nations, President Rodrigo Duterte must get the support of more countries so that it will be raised "more emphatically" in the 2021 UN General Assembly (UNGA).
The President on Tuesday invoked the 2016 Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) ruling that favored the Philippines over China in their territorial dispute in the South China Sea during the 75th UN General Assembly (UNGA).
