THE Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) on Thursday lauded the concerted efforts of law enforcement agencies that led to the arrest of a former high-ranking official of the United States Navy for corruption, among other crimes.
Xavier Monroy, former director for operations of the US Navy’s Military Sealift Command, was arrested on Tuesday by the Bureau of Immigration’s Fugitive Search Unit (BI-FSU) at his home in Angeles, Pampanga.
