Local think tank Action Economic Reforms (AER) urged the Senate not to grant San Miguel Corp. (SMC) tax exemption for the construction of an airport in Bulakan, Bulacan.
The AER pointed out that taxpayers should not be burdened by the cost of building the “New Manila International Airport.”
