Recruitment agencies have complained about the alleged slow processing of job orders by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).
Recruitment consultant and migration expert Emmanuel Geslani said the licensed recruitment agencies filed a complaint before the Anti-Red Tape Authority.
