THE plenary deliberations on the 2021 national budget at the House of Representatives will start on Monday, Appropriations Chairman Eric Go Yap told The Manila Times on Saturday, a day after the measure was passed at the committee level.
Yap said House Bill 7727 or the proposed “2021 General Appropriations Act” was okayed “after 15 grueling days of budget briefings” with the government agencies.
