S&T: Let’s start them young

ONE of the realizations brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic is how hugely dependent we have become on technology and how it has truly transformed our lives.

Every single day, we rely on technology. We flick a switch and lo, there’s light. We can travel with ease (though not these days because of pandemic restrictions), go up buildings in minutes, and get swift medical help and diagnosis. We need only dial several numbers or search a name, and we can talk to people far from us in an instant. We can share and receive information in a blink — all because of technological advances.
