President Rodrigo Duterte may announce in his public address tonight the new quarantine classifications for Metro Manila and other areas, according to Palace spokesman Harry Roque.
“Hindi ko lang sigurado no, meron po kasing address sa taongbayan ang ating pangulo mamayang gabi, sana po yung classification mapasa na sa kanyang address,” Roque said in a news briefing on Monday.
