Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) Chairman Dante Jimenez called on the Office of the Ombudsman to reconsider its decision to stop lifestyle checks and to restrict public access to government officials’ Statements of Assets Liabilities and Net Worth (SALNs).

“Marami pong natutulog sa [Office of the] Ombudsman kaya ang challenge ko sa Ombudsman, pwede po ba instead na ito ay inyong papairalin, eh tignan niyo naman, have a second look on that (A lot of people are sleeping in the Office of the Ombudsman that is why my challenge for them is to have a second look at the policies instead of imposing them),” Jimenez said in a television interview on Sunday.
