FLORIDA: National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) chief Jim Bridenstine told lawmakers on Wednesday (Thursday in Manila) it was crucial for the United States to maintain a presence in Earth’s orbit after the International Space Station (ISS) is decommissioned so that China does not gain a strategic advantage.
