PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte respects the decision of members of the House of Representatives rejecting Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano's "offer" of resignation, his spokesman said on Wednesday.
Cayetano on Wednesday offered to step down but stayed on after his colleagues rejected the idea.
