TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan: The island province of Batanes has recorded its first coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) case, according to the Department of Health (DoH) in Region 2.
This was the only province in Cagayan Valley, which comprises the provinces of Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino and Batanes, that did not have any Covid case since the outbreak in mid-March this year.
