Understanding the importance of human capital

Manpower has been recognized as the most important resource of an organization and considered as human capital. Therefore, the roles that they play in an organization must be fully understood.

The manpower of an organization is divided into two categories, namely the managers and the operatives. Managers are those handling positions with supervisory functions while the operatives are the workforce of the company who are doing the legwork to produce outputs and services for customers and/or clientele groups.
