Zamboanga del Sur’s First District Rep. Divina Grace Yu urged enrolling hundreds of tertiary and public and private high school students to value learning opportunities provided by the national government through the Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) at the provincial capitol Executive Function Hall held Tuesday.
In a message, Yu disclosed that the essence of the program “is to inculcate in the minds of the youth that the government is very much concerned about their welfare in education.”
