A soldier who was behind the shooting that killed one and wounded another inside the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) died from injuries he sustained after training the gun on himself during the incident.

Maj. Cheryl Tindog, PMA spokesman, said the suspect, who was identified as a Philippine Air Force personnel, died on Wednesday at 2:24 p.m. at the Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center.
