THE military staff behind the shooting inside the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) is suffering from a mental health problem, initial investigation by the academy disclosed on Wednesday.

Cpt. Cheryl Tindog, PMA spokesman, said the whole PMA community was “deeply saddened” by the incident, especially with the death of one Army personnel identified as Staff Sgt. Joefrey Torqueza of the Philippine Air Force.
