AN official of the Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PilHealth) was arrested for a cyber libel case in Pasig City on Monday night, police reported.
Police served the warrant of arrest against Rey Balena at 709 City State Center, Shaw Boulevard. It was signed by Ramon Daomilas, Jr., presiding judge, of Metropolitan Trial Court 7th Judicial Region 11 in Cebu City.
