A national high school principal from Lanao del Norte has proposed an alphabetical arrangement of the necessary classroom performance of a public secondary school executive.

Superano Maglangit started his instructional experience as a high school teacher in charge (TIC) in a barangay academic institution. His commendable performance as TIC in his village school station where he initially handled 12 classroom teachers must have impressed his school district supervisor that the latter recommended him for promotion initially as high school Principal 1 in a bigger institution to the schools division superintendent who approved his supervisor’s action.
