THE Balik Probinsya, Bagong Pag-asa (BP2) is a holistic socioeconomic government program that seeks to encourage people, especially informal settlers in Metro Manila, to return to their home provinces “for good”.
Executive Order (EO) 114, which institutionalized the program whose framework was formulated by an interagency council, was issued by President Rodrigo Duterte last May 6, 2020.
