IF Melania Trump, the first immigrant United States first lady were to be sponsored by one Donald J. Trump, would the first husband of the third wife submit his affidavit of support form with the required credit reports and credit scores, certified copies of income tax returns for the past three years and bank account information?

That is what the proposed rule of the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (Uscis) would require petitioners or sponsors of individuals seeking permanent residency in the US.
