Ramon “Tats” Suzara who became Phisgoc President upon request of Speaker of the House Alan Cayetano for the Southeast Asian Games last year claims there are no more liabilities to be paid to suppliers now almost a year after the Games are over.

However, POC President Cong. Bambol Tolentino, who’s also a member of Phisgoc, representing POC, also claimed two weeks ago during the POC General Assembly meeting of more than 50 NSAs (National Sports Associations) that there are still bills unpaid up to now by the government.
