Solitude and sufficient sleep could help people cope with the stress and anxiety during the pandemic, a mental health expert said on Tuesday.

In a webinar organized by the Philippine College of Physicians, Dr. Salvador Benjamin Vista, associate professor of the University of the Philippines College of Medicine and chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at the Asian Hospital and Medical Center, said a holistic approach is necessary to handle the stresses associated with the pandemic.
