The 2020 Asia CEO Awards has conferred on San Miguel Corp. President and Chief Operating Officer Ramon Ang its Lifetime Contributor award for the private sector for his long-term contributions to the Philippines and his company’s response to the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic.
During the virtual awarding ceremony on Tuesday night, architect and Manila Times columnist Felino “Jun” Palafox Jr., a member of the board of judges, said Ang’s “success in business is not only found in the Philippines, but also globally.”
