THE Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) announced the appointment of Brig. Gen. Alex Luna as the new deputy chief of staff for intelligence, J2, on Friday.
The Change of Chief of Office ceremony in Camp Aguinaldo in Quezon City was presided over by Rear Adm. Erick Kagaoan, deputy chief of staff, at the General Headquarters Building.
