PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has honored a total of 18 living heroes in the liberation of Marawi City in 2017 in Camp Aguinaldo.
In a statement released late Monday night, the military said Armed Forces Chief Gilbert Gapay represented the President and pinned the medals on the awardees.
