WITH finalists effectively portraying the contest theme, “Communities Beyond the Naked Eye,” determining the winners of the fourth Indie-Siyensya filmmaking competition was tough for the judges. In the end, the title for Best Film for the Open and Youth Categories was conferred upon entries that went beyond the criteria of scientific content, idea execution, film technique and impact.
