As of June 30, 2020, he directly owned 1,345,429 common shares, or 0.056 percent of SMC’s 2,383,896,588 outstanding common shares. according to its public ownership report (POR). Earlier this month, SMC’s page on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) website put the oustanding at 2,378,524,978.

Calderon, 22,600; Ramon F. Villavicencio, 35,000 directly and 9,000 indirectly; Iñigo Zobel, 16,171; and Reynaldo G. David, Menardo R. Jimenez, Alexander J. Poblador, Reynaldo S.
