The Office of Vice President (OVP) Maria Leonor Robredo, in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development and Philippine Business for Education (PBEd) launched on Thursday a free training program to help 1,000 out-of-school youth (OSY) gain employment amid the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic.

The three agencies contributed a total of P17.15 million to cover training costs until the end of the year.
