PALO, Leyte: Officials of the local government unit (LGU) of Palo, Leyte on Thursday presented their protocol to combat the spread of the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) in their locality and claimed the system has proved its effectiveness.
Mayor Frances Ann Petilla, president of the League of Municipalities of the Philippines, Leyte chapter, told members of the Leyte media that their protocol consists of a facility for returning residents and isolation rooms for those who are Covid positive.
