ALL regional economies registered positive growth in 2019, with Bicol Region posting the fastest growth at 7.4 percent in 2019, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) reported on Thursday.
The PSA report said the National Capital Region (NCR or Metro Manila) and Davao Region were the next regions with high positive growths at 7.2 percent and 7.0 percent, respectively.
