BAGUIO CITY: Ibagiw, the creative event of the country’s Summer Capital, is back amid the pandemic.
Through an executive issuance on October 23, Mayor Benjamin Magalong declared November as Ibagiw Creative City Festival Month as part of Baguio’s readiness in resuming community events to showcase community resiliency in dealing with the ongoing health crisis.
