INTENSIFYING into a tropical storm, “Quinta” (international name: “Molave) is making its landfall over the Catanduanes-Albay-Sorsogon area between this afternoon and evening, prompting the state-run weather bureau to raise Signal No. 2 in many parts of Luzon.
