PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte said he will not abolish the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) amid alleged corruption in the agency.
“Yung PhilHealth wala na… talagang hindi ko bubuwagin ‘yan because hindi madali, it’s not easy really to create another one (I will not abolish PhilHealth because it is not easy really to create another one)” Duterte said on Tuesday.
