THE death toll in the aftermath of typhoon "Quinta" (international name: Molave) rose to 14, with 21 injured and seven persons missing, disaster authorities said on Wednesday.
The Office of Civil Defense (OCD) in Bicol said five persons drowned -- three from Gigmoto, Catanduanes; one from Bacacay, Albay; and one in Calabanga, Camarines Sur.
