NATIONAL Security Adviser Hermogenes Esperon Jr. on Wednesday expressed support for two officials, under fire for "red-tagging" personalities, for their crusade against progressive groups allegedly linked to communist groups.
In a public briefing, Esperon said Lt. Gen. Antonio Parlade Jr. and Communications Undersecretary Loraine Badoy, spokesmen for the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), were only "telling the truth" when they gave their statements.
